If your business accepted any Visa or Mastercard branded cards in the United States between January 1st, 2004 and January 25th, 2019, you may be eligible to recover money. There is a Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Class Action Settlement. The lawsuit alleges that “merchants paid excessive fees to accept Visa and Mastercard cards because Visa and Mastercard, individually, and together with their respective member banks, violated the antitrust laws”.
