Excellent Customer Service is a Priority

Our award-winning 24/7 customer service is available to every single one of our merchants. Prior to starting Priority Payments Systems Local, having already worked in merchant services, our Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder Sal DiDonato understood the need merchants had for getting the service they needed when they needed it. Thus, offering merchants excellent customer service as part of Priority’s payment processing services was then and remains today, a priority.

Living and working in a society that demands answers quickly, customer service can make or break businesses. We have ensured that each of our reps has been carefully trained and is equipped with the knowledge to assist merchants the way we would want to be treated by any company we do business with.

24/7 support is available via phone. Email support is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Within the next few weeks, we will be launching chat support that will be available during normal business hours. As our NJ-based payment processing company continues to grow, we will be considering extending the availability of our email and chat support. We also continue to monitor trends in customer service and service calls, working with our customer service and sales teams to improve service.

Why New Jersey?

Our CEO’s family moved to NJ in the early 2000s.

“We, as friends for 20 years came to Red Bank during that time for the dining and new friends,” said our COO Angelo Mendola.

About five years later, our CEO’s brother Tommy moved to Red Bank and then moved back to Middletown to start a family. Following, our CEO Sal DiDonato moved to Red Bank and he along with Angelo started Priority Payments Local in 2013.

Red Bank is easily accessible to New York City (an hour to 1.5 hours train ride or hour drive, depending on traffic). Red Bank is also a walkable town with great restaurants and retail shops and is a short drive to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Atlantic City, New Jersey.
