A Letter to Merchants From Priority Payments Local’s CEO

Dear Valued Merchants,

We understand that over the course of the past several months, things have not been easy.

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know that we are thankful for your continued business and to let you know that we are here if you need us.

How can we continue to support you and how have we been doing thus far?

If you could kindly take five minutes to fill out our customer satisfaction survey, it will give us a better idea of what we can do to better support you. Everyone who fills the survey out will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card. The winner will be contacted on or about December 1, 2020.

A Few Ways We Are Helping Merchants

$0 Credit Card Fees
Eliminating payment processing fees with our Net Zero Program. Program details >>

Meeting Consumer Tech Demands
Updating payment technology to keep up with consumer demands for contactless payments and mobile payments.

Gift and Loyalty Cards
Equipping merchants with an easy way to accept gift and loyalty cards to help them generate additional revenue.

24/7 Support
Merchant support is available 24/7 by calling 800-717-1250. Email support is available Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm EST and chat support (accessible via our website) is available on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm.

Helping Merchants Get PCI Compliant
Each year the Payment Card Industry (PCI) administers a data security (DSS) questionnaire which is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. In short, PCI Compliance helps protect your business. When your account was boarded, we sent you an email with instructions on how to become PCI compliant. All accounts that remain non-compliant are sent monthly reminder emails.

TIN Reminders
To help make tax season go a little smoother for you, our payment processing company works to ensure that the tax information you have on file with your merchant account is correct. All merchants with a TIN mismatch were sent several emails over the course of the past few months.

Ongoing Account Monitoring
Our risk department continually monitors all accounts for suspicious activity to help avoid fraud.

What else can we do to better assist you?

Wishing you and yours a happy, healthy, and prosperous Thanksgiving.

All the best,
Sal DiDonatio
