Seeing the value in the merchant services industry, longtime friends and business partners Sal DiDonato and Angelo Mendola formed Priority Payments Systems Local, a payment technology and payment processing company. The two started out in a small one room office on Broad St. in Red Bank, New Jersey quickly expanding to a multi-story building on Monmouth St. The year was 2013, a time when Red Bank was gaining popularity.Due to the demand for a reliable payment processor so that merchants could securely and quickly accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH, cash, and check payments, in 2017 Priority opened a second office in Miami, Florida with childhood friend Jack Zahra.
